Privacy &
data deletion.

Effective: October 7, 2026. BizFlow is the publisher of BizFlow Creator Publisher. This service lets a creator authorize a selected Google Drive folder and YouTube channel so new video files can be uploaded to that channel.

What we process

We store your Google account identity (email, name and profile image), the chosen Drive folder and YouTube channel, upload settings, job status, and immutable activity events. We store Google refresh tokens only in encrypted form on BizFlow-controlled infrastructure. They are never exposed in the portal or n8n logs.

Video bytes are not retained by BizFlow. The worker streams an eligible file from Google Drive to YouTube to perform the requested upload. We do not use external analytics or advertising services in this portal.

Google permissions

We request basic identity information, read-only Google Drive access, and YouTube upload access. Drive access is used only to identify and stream files you put in your chosen folder. YouTube access is used only to upload the videos you instructed us to publish.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting Drive or YouTube immediately disables publishing and deletes the matching encrypted refresh token from our database. We keep non-secret upload history and event records so you can understand what was published. To delete your entire creator profile and its remaining history, email hello@bizflowindia.cloud from your portal email address with the subject “Creator Publisher data deletion.” We will verify the request, disable automation, delete the profile and associated records, and confirm completion.

Security and contact

The portal is served over HTTPS. Publishing uses signed internal worker calls; OAuth tokens and media are not sent to n8n. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to publish every source video. For privacy or support questions, contact hello@bizflowindia.cloud.
